Right of withdrawal
You have the right within fourteen days without giving any reasons to revoke this contract.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Carrotees UG (limited liability), Hannah-Arendt-Str. 10, 45144 Essen / Germany, +49 1707078090, info@carrotees.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision this contract to revoke, inform.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to the sender address of the corresponding package (indicated on the packing slip or the package itself) immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. Depending on the type of goods and the location of the service provider, it is possible that the return address is located abroad and that the goods must be returned to this address. These countries are Spain, Latvia, and North America in particular. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the end of the 14-day-period of fourteen days by mail. Furthermore, it must be ensured that the return can be clearly identified (e.g., by including a copy of the invoice or a note with the invoice number in the package).
If the returned goods are products of impeccable quality (e.g., if you do not like the design or the textiles do not fit), you also have the option of sending the return to the following address:

Please note that this option is not available in the event of quality defects.
